I work as a psychotherapist focused on presence, containment, and collaborative thinking. In my practice, I do not fight against the client's defenses or force affect, but rather enter into their current mode of mental functioning as a point of contact. I view intellectualization, reflection, pauses, and even emptiness not as obstacles, but as forms of survival and potential channels of communication, from which experience and change become possible over time. I maintain clinical stability in conditions of uncertainty and do not strive for premature meaning-making, allowing the process to unfold at a pace that can be sustained.
My style is integrative and process-oriented: I combine thinking, affect, and meaning without pressuring the client or substituting my own process for theirs. I work from a meta-position, paying special attention to the field of relationships, the dynamics of containment, and the boundaries of responsibility, including distinguishing between my own processes and those of the client. I believe that therapeutic change arises not from intervention as such, but from sustained contact in which the client can endure their experience and gradually appropriate it for themselves.
What kind of issues can you come to me with?
You can come to me with feelings of inner emptiness, loss of support, difficulties in recognizing your feelings, as well as recurring patterns in relationships where it is difficult to be yourself. I work with people who are prone to reflection and intellectualization, for whom it is important not only to “feel” but also to understand what is happening to them. In therapy, we do not strive for quick changes, but rather create a space in which it becomes possible to endure difficult experiences, gradually find a language for them, and accept them as part of one's life.
What I don't work with
I don't work in a directive or short-term therapy format, where quick solutions, advice, or clear instructions are expected. My approach is not suitable for those who are looking for specific techniques, “ready-made answers,” or want the therapist to take on the role of an expert who determines how to live correctly. I also do not work in conditions where the therapeutic process is systematically devalued or where there is no possibility of regular and sustained contact.
What is important when starting to work with me
It is important to me that therapy is a regular and consistent process, allowing for time and gradual progress. You don't need to understand in advance what exactly you are coming to work on, but it is important to be prepared to stay in touch with what arises during the process, even if it is not immediately clear or comfortable. I do not expect clients to be “right” or ready for change, but I value an interest in their own inner experience and a willingness not to rush to conclusions.
COMING SOON...
I understand that choosing a therapist is a difficult and very personal decision that requires time and inner reflection. Therapy is based on trust and a sense of connection, so it is important not only to have professional understanding, but also to feel that you are being heard and supported. That is why I am sharing this video presentation — as an opportunity for you to see if my way of thinking, approach, and presence in my work resonate with you.
